1. Service Description

TradingNews ("we", "us", "our") provides a real-time financial news API that delivers structured news articles via REST and WebSocket endpoints. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute raw API data to third parties without a redistribution license.
  • Exceed the rate limits associated with your plan tier, or circumvent rate limiting mechanisms.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or the dissemination of false information.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying data sources of the Service.

3. API Keys & Authentication

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Any activity that occurs under your key is your responsibility. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard and generate a new one.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, missed signals, or decisions made based on data delivered through the API. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
