First-time subscribers may start a 3-day free trial on the Starter or Pro plan. A valid payment method is required upfront but is not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard at no cost.
If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to the selected plan and the first monthly invoice is charged to the payment method on file.
Paid plans on the monthly billing option are billed every 30 days in advance via Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in section 3 below. Annual plans are covered separately in section 7.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period -- access to the Service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you believe you were charged in error -- for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a successful cancellation, or a charge for a period during which the Service was materially unavailable -- email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the charge ID. We will review and, where the claim is valid, issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
In the event of a sustained outage of the Service that materially prevents your use of the API, please contact us. We will, at our discretion, extend your billing period or apply a service credit proportional to the affected time.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. EEA and UK consumers may have additional withdrawal rights under local regulations.
Annual subscriptions are billed once a year in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable. Customers in the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions with statutory consumer-withdrawal rights may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase by emailing [email protected] with their account email and the charge ID. Refund requests made after this 14-day window will be declined except where required by law.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of the original purchase. To avoid the next year's charge, cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
